Welcome to Fairview Aerospace and Science Magnet School!
Fairview Aerospace and Science Magnet School is a public elementary school, which serves Pre-K – Fifth grades. The school was built in 1957 and was initially a first-sixth grade school. In the Fall of 2008 the Magnet School Concept was adopted. Fairview Elementary is fully accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The faculty at Fairview is fully certified. There are 18 teachers with Level A certification, 7 teachers with AA certification, and 3 teachers with AAA certification. Three teachers hold National Board Certification. Fairview has a full-time school media specialist/librarian. One counselor, speech teacher, physical education teacher, and music teacher are assigned to Fairview and one other school in the district.
